We are excited to announce that the Pinehurst Country Club Clubhouse
will undergo a full renovation beginning fall of 2008! Plans include
enhanced dining options, Member only Pro Shop, new third floor Member
Lounge that will overlook Pinehurst’s world renowned golf courses, and
more! The new Clubhouse will enhance the Pinehurst Membership offering.

Applying for Pinehurst
Country Club Membership:
** Application for membership to the Pinehurst Country Club is available
to all property owners within the incorporated limits of Pinehurst and
is subject to approval.
2008 Initiation Fee $40,000 Applies to property without a membership
2008 Transfer Fee $12,000 Applies to property with an established
membership

Paperwork Required to Apply for Pinehurst Country Club Membership:
1. Copy of the recorded warranty deed
2. Transfer Fee or Initiation Fee
3. Pinehurst Country Club Membership Application
4. Three Letters of Recommendation (First Time Members Only. Please note
only one letter may be from an area Realtor or the closing Attorney.)
Acceptance and processing of the membership takes approximately 5-7 business
days. New Members will then receive an acceptance letter inviting them
to complete their membership enrollment by attending a new member orientation
session. Prospective Members have 60 days from closing to complete and
submit all of the above paperwork.

Joining Fairwoods On 7
Initiation Fee $10,000 (Upgrade)
Available to Members of Pinehurst Country Club who also wish to become a
Member of Fairwoods on 7. Dues for 2008 are $387.00 per month, which
entitles Full membership privileges to Fairwoods on 7 and Pinehurst
Country Club.

Full
Entitled to use of the Country Club and Resort amenities including
dining, golf, tennis, swimming pools, Beach Club, croquet, lawn bowls
and Spa. No green fees for golf or court fees for tennis and lawn
sports.
Monthly: $335.00
Tennis
Entitled to use of the Country Club and Resort amenities including
dining, golf, tennis, swimming pools, Beach Club, croquet, lawn bowls
and Spa. No court fees for tennis and lawn sports. Applicable
recreational green fees apply for golf.
Monthly: $250.00
Recreational
Entitled to use of the Country Club and Resort amenities including
dining, golf, tennis, swimming pools, Beach Club, croquet, lawn bowls,
and Spa. No court fees for lawn sports. Applicable recreational green
fees for golf and court fees for tennis.
Monthly: $129.00
Social
Entitled to use of the Country Club and Resort amenities including
dining, golf, tennis, swimming pools, Beach Club, croquet, lawn bowls
and Spa. Applicable social green fees for golf, court fees for tennis
and lawn sports.
Monthly: $82.00
Dining
Initiation Fee $1,000
Entitled to Country Club dining privileges. Dues are assessed monthly,
one-third of which will be credited against food and beverage charges
incurred in Clubhouse in the month for which such dues are payable.
Property ownership in the Village of Pinehurst is not required.
Monthly: $130.00
► All of the above classifications, except Dining, are transferable upon
payment of the prevailing transfer fee which is currently 30% of the
prevailing initiation fee.
